2. Returns Policy for Goods

Goods sold (such as physical PM-WANI PDO Access Point hardware devices) can be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition and packaging.

3. Service Policy

Services once delivered and digital Wi-Fi recharge top-ups on the PM-WANI network cannot be returned or refunded once activated.

4. Prepaid Recharges & Transaction Responsibility

All sales of prepaid Wi-Fi recharge on the platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of mobile numbers and details entered. Thagadur Career Services is not responsible for recovering funds erroneously sent to unintended third-party accounts.
