Welcome to Thagadur Career Services (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing our website, subscribing to PM-WANI Wi-Fi hotspot services, or using our recruitment and staffing solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing Wi-Fi services, or placing requests for staffing and training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information during candidate registration, employer job postings, or Public Data Office (PDO) onboarding. Unlawful activities, network tampering, distribution of malicious content, or unauthorized access via PM-WANI Wi-Fi points strictly prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. PM-WANI Hotspot & PDO Operations

All PM-WANI wireless access services and PDO router deployment agreements operate in accordance with Department of Telecommunications (DoT) guidelines. Thagadur Career Services acts as a technology enabler and PDO Aggregator platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Service Rights

All materials, branding, software code, design layouts, and trademarks on this portal belong exclusively to Thagadur Career Services (OPC) Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication or commercial reproduction without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Thagadur Career Services (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect damages, service interruptions caused by upstream telecom infrastructure, or third-party network outages. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
